Montgomery Lee sent a message to Kevin Mansell that said:
Mrs Gass, hope this email finds you well, I just got off he phone with a customer service supervisor named Sergio, that's all I got no last name and that's fine, what I am having a problem with is, I have had an account for years with Kohls and my wife still does, seems that when your account is not in use the account is closed with no notice to the customers, whether or not knowing if one of us had been immobilized or anything, they way I look at it and this may be wrong if I would have spent say $1000 dollars this year and another 200 people would have done the same but you closed there accounts that's $200,000 dollars in sales sounds pretty good to me, now I have no problem filling out credit application but it is the hassle of doing so, with this happening it would scare me as a CEO of why brick and mortar places are closing around us, as I said it concerns me of how little Kohls felt about my account not to call me, I have had the same number for 12 years.
Best regards Montgomery J Lee
