Dear Sirs,
My family has been an ardent supporter of Toyota cars appreciating the high quality of automobiles produced by Toyota. I am also promoting Toyota Cars to my acquaintances. However, My Toyota Altis (Malaysia Reg No: WXH 3016) front absorbers failed after reaching only 70,000. Eventhough my car had exceeded the warranty period, I anticipated that Toyota Malaysia (Seremban branch) would change this out of good will. Despite my appeals, Toyota Malaysia did not offer any solutions apart from giving me a 20 percent discount when the service centre was actually offering a 30 percent discount to all Toyota owners. It clearly shows that Toyoto Malaysia's decision was done out of bad faith. What happened to good customer service. And now my booth release mechanism had failed. Toyota will be my last choice of car for my family, acquaintances and if I do not get a positive response from your good self, I will campaign against Toyota Models in Malaysia and retract my previous support to your Brand.
