Dear Mr. McMullen. We used the Kroger pickup services to stay safe during this crises. I was surprised that your employee came right up to my car window and asked me to roll it down for me to sign a form. He was not even 2 ft away. I witnessed this with several other pickups for other customers. As you know, some individuals do not know that they have the virus. It would be wise for Kroger not to require customers to sign forms and for your employees to talk with customers through the open hatch as they are loading groceries. Thank you and your customers for their service. We need to stay safe for all.
