Excellent tip if germ get into your nose and mouth. It works well for me and my friends and family. Take a Q-tip and saturate it with hydrogen peroxide. Clean the inside of your nose with it. Then clean your toothbrush with the hydrogen peroxide. Brush your teeth with hydrogen peroxide and toothpaste. Next take Tylenol cold and flu severe according to instructions. Repeat this as necessary till symptoms are gone.
