I had an interaction with Ethan the manager at the Corryville location via phone on 4/3 as I was missing more items from clicklist. He hung up on my so I called back to obtain his name and let him know I was planning to report him to his corporate office as his behavior was unprofessional. I filled out an online complaint that day. Today I arrived to pick-up an order and to receive a credit for my missing items and after waiting an hour was told by security that I am banned from the Corryville store. This is ridiculous as I've done nothing wrong. He on the contrary was unwilling to help me and hung up on me. I believe he is retaliating against me for speaking out against his behavior and letting him know that he would be reported. Please refund my money to 3256 Koenig Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45211.
