Hello Mr McMullen, I think you need to be informed that your store in Michigan are just not doing their jobs. The digital coupon items for the 2 day sale always run out on the first hours of the first day. To me this is unacceptable. Company's like Kroger should know that All detergent at 99 cents is going to be a big seller. Yet this is not the first time a two day digital sale item is not in stock. Is this the way you do business, well I will take my shopping to meijer. I might pay a couple of cents more but when they have a good sale they have pallets of the item and in stock to please the customer. To me this is fraud. Why have the item and the digital coupons if you are not going to order the item for the customers. I am totally discussed with kroger. I got to the point where I call the store first to see if they have the sale item because I know they wont. Why waste my gas and time going to save money when you won't have the item. Your store seem to run out of regular sale items all the time. This is very frustrating. Practice like this makes me feel like you really don't care about your customers. If that's the case I rather not deal with your company. Either you are not doing your job or someone is not doing their job. Very angry excustomer.
