I am writing in hopes that you can help us with a problem. During this COVID-19 shutdown we had to close our restaurant. In doing so we found massive payroll theft and have since closed permanently. The case is under investigation. Part of that investigation are purchases made at the Krogers in Blacksburg, VA. We have a request in for receipts purchased with the store credit card, with a court order. It has been some time since that request was made and still nothing. We need these receipts to move forward with our case and to retrieve insurance money for the bills they left unpaid, which are many. I am hoping as a business man, you will understand the necessity of this information. If there is any way that you could speed up the process, we would be very grateful. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and hope you will find a way to help us in this endeavor. Thank you.
