I have been a customer of Kroger for more than 50 years but I will be discontinuing our relationship. Your policy of not providing change to customers in the form of coins is unacceptable. It is a step toward a cashless society. I do not support a cashless society nor do I support those who do. In the words of Sam Walton, " There is only one boss: the customer. He can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down simply by spending his money somewhere else." You're fired!
