I shop at your Ferncreek Kroger in Louisville Ky. I asked for a refund for an 8 piece fried chicken because it was a bad batch, I buy your chicken often.bcause I hate cooking fried chicken at home. The store manager kept asking me where the rest of the chicken was ,so I told him in the trash. My family started eating before me, I did not bother collecting half eaten pieces of chicken to include with my piece. To return. Your Quality Guarantte says return in original packaging with receipt. Thankfully your corporate office had a clue about valuing customers and refunded me on my plus card. Please reiterate your policies with the store manager at the store in mentioned above. Thank you!
