Mr McMullen, I'm writing you about the poor customer service at the Krogers Pharmacy in the Wynnwood Plaza in dallas.
I called the pharmacy yesterday to explain my prescription order as some of the drugs were 90 day supplies and others were 30 day. I am a member of the Kroger savings plan which I explained. I have Aetna insurance as well. I reviewed each drug with the pharmacist.
I went in today Friday 4/10/20 only to find all prescriptions were filled as 30 day thru Aetna and the Kroger savings plan wasn't even considered. when I asked for a review of each one I was told to go home and call. What ?
Its not like they had a long line of customers. there was one waiting and no one at the consultation window.
I have been with Kroger for many years and when mistakes are made they are usually corrected.
Not this time I was given the heave ho.
I realize these are different times, but after spending time yesterday to explain the order I certainly didn't expect this kind of treatment.
