Mr McMullen,
I am following up on the note I sent you in regards to the poor service I experienced at the pharmacy at the Krogers on Wynnwood in dallas.
After calling back, i was informed that you no longer fill 90 day prescriptions. If this is the case you should put a note up at the pharmacy and or send a email update.
Please note that my wifes 90 day prescriptions were filled without question.
I won't even get into the pharmacist questioning a couple of the prescriptions my dr has prescribed for me for years. they are not painkillers and this was way out of line.
I will be changing pharmacies in the near future. i'm afraid the one at wynnwood has crossed the line in its unprofessional and cavalier attitude.
In conclusion I appreciate you taking the time to read this post and hopefully you can address some of these concerns with those in charge
