Mr. McMullen~

I received your email today addressing diversity etc. It is foolish that every single company with my email address needs to tell me they love diversity and are against racism. Who isn't?!

You know what I'd really like to see you address? The policy of not giving paper receipts. Every company that jumps on the diversity bandwagon is wasting time on things that are never going to satisfy. Nor are they going to benefit your company in the long run. Meanwhile you could be doing things that impact your actual customers.

First of all, I love Kroger and talk up my local store to many people. I really appreciated that ClickList is currently free. Ordering and picking up groceries has been a huge help at this crazy time.

But I am getting nowhere in addressing the receipt problem. I have no idea what I paid for my groceries the last four times. No way to check if your company is honoring coupons. No way to check if pricing is correct. No paper trail that I need for taxes for housing expenses and charitable donations.

I've talked with customer service four times including a supervisor, Louis Reese, I believe. Nothing further from him. The last response I've received was an email, "We are working on it."

Forget about virtue-signaling to those who are causing such destruction and division in our great country and get back to doing what you do best--and what is most important--taking care of your business and your customers. Perhaps receipts seems like a little thing in the grand scheme, but little things gone wrong can destroy a customer's loyalty.

Many thanks
