Rodney, Iâm 82 years old and live in Richmond, Indiana. I have shopped and paid by check at our Krogers for
around 55 years. Recently my checks have been denied by Certegy. My credit is beyond perfect. This is a great inconvenience. Upon investigating Certegy itâs very clear this is not a reputable Company. Why in the world do you use them? I want to pay by check. Please correct this insult to my integrity.
I have wasted hours trying to correct this through Certegy which is absolutely impossible. Please respond. Thank you. Judy Robinson.
