Thought I'd let you know that when I went to checkout this morning at my local Kroger - the promotional discounts were not in the computer.
After asking the Kroger emplyee she said -oh that happens all the time -- after some discussion she reimbursed me my discount. going to complain to store management but then it occurred to me that if this happens repeatedly it's more likely due to YOU not providing adequate resources.
