HI Mr. King,

I have been trying to resolve a $20 copayment bill for over a month now. My last conversation was with Princess and I was asked to email her. That was weeks ago. No response from anyone. Is there anyone who can assist me?

The process of registering with your credit card and then receiving a bill is really confusing and not everyone on your customer service line can explain that the credit card is taken in case you don't pay the bill.

I was at LapCorp on 2/19, gave my cc info and was billed for the same day's service and the $20 also hit my credit card. I just need to know if I still owe the $20. I'm not sure why it's taking so long for someone to get back to me or if they just deleted the email.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
