I am very surprise that a company will not offer a customer service phone number on line.

I have sent 3 e-mails to request my lab results in the last 3 weeks and got no answer.

My account shows my lab result back 2016. I am not sure where are my lab results for the last 2 years.

I am not sure I will use your service any more.
