Ray, here in Escondido CA. Wife and I use Graybill medical offices. Lab Corp there too. She gets lab work every 3 months, and for the last 7 years I have to run go get hard copy paperwork, for lab order. Dr. sent it I saw that. If you can't get the paperwork right, I dont' trust your lab. will change insurance co, or doctors to, find alternative lab. This ineptness is going out on social media, and we do not appreciate this business of self check in w. ID. If we had ID we certainly do not want you and your partners to have it. The doc. wrote the referal, we used your lab for years, and our insurance is on file. I suggest you wilte that jack ass smile off your face, and get a business license somewhere out of her.
