Dear Mr. Merlo,
I am a Nurse and honestly I do not know if you get these emails but I wanted to try and bring attention to an incident here in my town with a new patient and a pharmacist who was so unethical, unprofessional, and to say the very least inhumane and cruel to a new patient. Never in my time as a nurse, let alone a patient picking up medication have I come across someone who needs to be educated, informed and most definitely disciplined for his actions. I do not know who to reach out to so I am sending you this message. If someone of authority could please get back with me I would be truly thankful.
