@larrymerlocvs – Larry Merlo – Hello Mr. Merlo, I am writing to you to see if you can help to

Timothy Potwin sent a message to Larry Merlo that said:

Hello Mr. Merlo,

I am writing to you to see if you can help to get a resolution, which pertains to fraudulent emails I am receiving, that looks just like a CVS email, except the sender is NOT CVS, but rather another name being used.

I contacted the CVS Customer Care (1-800-746-7287). After going through a complete detail of my issue with the agent (Chris, who stated she was 'offi-shore' (meaning the Philipines). After waiting nearly 10 minutes for her to bring another agent from CVS.com online I decided to try and reach out to you directly.

In this day and age, with so much fraud and scams being perpetrated on unsuspecting consumers I wanted to bring to light that currently CVS does not have an easy way to report such emails to your company for investigation.

Can you please let me know a good email address to submit any suspicious / fraudulent emails in the future (as I am receiving more of these that are using the CVS brand name).

As a reference the latest fraud email was sent this this morning 3-6-2020, 8:06 (CST) from kRztAbGXUDCW@shpak.com

This is is again a very disturbing trend that now is focusing on CVS and their consumers.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a response on a resolution to this matter.

Respectfully,

Timothy Potwin
