I have a bill from CVS Health which I am unable to resolve. I tried calling CVS Billing and Reimbursement and a very arrogant rep called me and refused to listen to me and hung up. Now I have a bill and no one to talk to. I don't even have an appropriate address to send my billing dispute information to send to.

CVS HEALTH Statement No. 100252206

Issue: My CVS Pharmacy did not properly bill my Medigap insurance company, United Health AARP, and so I have a balance of $172.43. I am unable to resolve this issue.
