@larrymerlocvs – Larry Merlo – I have been calling the Pharmacy here in New Orleans for at least two hours

I have been calling the Pharmacy here in New Orleans for at least two hours, today. I have called Corporate for at least the same amount of time, today. When I call the pharmacy, the phone just ring. The store manager never answers either. Called corporate, one person answers, send the call to someone else, never answers the phone. I can be reached at 832 837 2112. This is not the first time the phone has not been answered at this particular CVS, Please, when whomever calls, do not and then apologize. I did not want an apology, I just want to update my medicaid per the email i received from CVS.
