Christine Rumper sent a message to Larry Merlo that said:
In January I changed insurance companies from Aetna Feds to Federal BCBS. I refilled some prescriptions, offered my new insurance card and was told that it was already on file.
Since that time I received a bill from Aetna indicating that they had been billed incorrectly and were now seeking payment from me for the prescriptions paid on my behalf.
I thought it had been resolved via a trip to the pharmacy only to find upon receiving another bill that it had not. On 5-May I contacted customer service with a copy of the bill.
Yesterday I received yet another bill for the same amount and prescriptions paid on my behalf so it appears that the payment has not yet been returned to them
