@larrymerlocvs – Larry Merlo – Mr Merlo Iam sorry to bother you with this but as a retired executive officer

Edgar Pittman sent a message to Larry Merlo that said:

Mr Merlo Iam sorry to bother you with this but as a retired executive officer of a corporation, I know how little of the small problems get to your level. I have been a CVS customer for a number of years so when I saw your pill pack ad I decided to sign up with CVS rather than Amazon. I receive my first order on April 2, 2020. They did not include two of my prescriptions. When I called tthey said they would be included in the next month shipment. At the end of April I called ans changed the delivery address for my May shipment. UPS delivered my meds but to a wrong address, I started calling Monday to find out where my meds were. As of this time 3.38PM Thursday the 7th I have politely talked to at least five people. My call waiting time was excessive, sometimes as long as 30 minutes before talking to the first level person. I also talked to two pharmacist (supervisors). Four of these individuals all promised to help, took my telephone number and promised to call. None did. I have been four days without my meds, but today learned that someone told the local pharmacist to fill a two day supply. When I went to pick them up, they were going to charge me for them even though my credit card had already been charged for the 30 day supply which I have yet to receive. I refused to pay and the pharmacist called someone to waive the charge. They refused, but she gave them to me anyway. Still don't know about my pill pack. My telephone number is 919-426-5350 my email is epittman40@msn.com.
