I would like to file a complaint against your CVS multi-dose pharmacy and customer service representatives.
I have been trying to get a profile set up with the CVS multi-dose pharmacy since about July. Iâve talked to multiple representatives who kept telling me different things I had to do to get my prescriptions transferred to CVS to get all this set up. It has been a real nightmare. Finally, my doctorâs nurse sent everything to the fax number I was given and had a profile set up for me and was told everything was good to go. I called CVS this past Friday, Oct. 2nd and held on the phone FOREVER only to find out that no profile had been set up and if I wanted to leave my phone number someone would call me back when everything was straightened out. One of your representatives told me this. I left my phone number and as of today, NO ONE has called back about setting up a profile or about by medication. What kind of service is this? Itâs a good thing I checked because Iâm about to run out of ALL my medication. What kind of customer service is this? UNACCEPTABLE.
I will no longer be doing business with CVS nor will I refer any of my friends. Thank God for Walgreenâs. I can get them TODAY, Oct. 5th. I may have to divide my medication out myself but at least I can count on them and not get the run around and know I will have it when I need it.
