Last Sunday I have visited your restaurant at Sialkot Pakistan and ordered four burgers along with some other food items paid the amount afterwards the cashier asked me to sit on the table and they will serve me there after some time a man came with the food tray it astonished me later that the person who served my order was a toilet washer whom they asked to serve the order then complained the manager about this incident but his attitude and response was more disappointing as he asked me to come back after necessary verifications but he kept me waiting for more than 15 minuets but not attended my complaint again I went the counter and inquired about the manager but they told me that he is receiving a phone call whereas I have seen him wondering hither and thither such kind of irresponsible behavior was beyond to grasp. It is hoped that necessary action would be taken for insulting a consumer who visited mc donalds along with family waiting for your response. Regards, Ashraf
