Last Tuesday I had a bed delivered. I had to pay the $50 plus delivery fee in order to confirm a 3 hour window. I also purchased a headboard. The delivery guys showed up on time but a couple of things happened. They had no tools to secure the headboard and so did it by hand. Also one guy scratched my newly laid hardwood floor. I did not sign anything to say all was in order but they were very intent on getting the $50 delivery fee. When I went to make the bed I noticed some damage on the box spring. I have called twice now to customer service with no definitive response. I am asking for some compensation for the damages but am frustrated that I had to call 2x and no one is calling back. Can you help ?
