Last weekend I tried to book a Jetstar flight for my wife from Townsville to Sydney via the booking site. I found the experience extremely frustrating because the site would not let me pass the first page. I attempted to ring the assistance line in the "contact us" page and it rang only twice then dropped out (this happened 5 times). I finally resorted to booking via a "chat person" and when the booking was made the invoice cost was $212 instead of the $179 that was displayed on the booking site.
I lodge a complaint using the Online form and to date all I have seen is that my complaint has been received and no other feedback. I feel that this level of customer service is poor and I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak to someone when I experience difficulty and required help rather than being fobbed off by a computer. I work week days so please leave a message and a contact number so that I can reply to any calls.
