I own a management consulting firm called Boston Retail Partners. Yesterday my wife asked me to follow up on a sectional we bought as a gift for my daughter which we are not happy with. My wife purchased the sectional in November 2015 and over the last several months we have been complaining about fading that occurred when attempting to clean the couch with water.
