LEFT A MESSAGE THAT WAS URGENT ON THIS SITE A FEW DAYS AGO, ASKED FOR A REPLY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE POSTED WITIN 48 HOURS...POSTED!!! WHAT FOR I NEEDED A PROBLEM RESOLVED!! SPENT 40+ hours with the fraud divisions, was assured that my credit, fees, interest etc would not be accrued....recd bill and there it was...fees, interest, called Fraud said there were was no fraud case opened because paperwork had not been received. Paperwork that I had sent in over a month ago!!! Today had 2 wonderful people handle this matter...on advise of a lawyer
paid balance (seeking reimbursement from perpetrator) They need to be commended high (like with a huge raise)
