Pamela Larsen sent a message to Jeffrey Storey that said:
Dear Mr. Storey--I've recently had the absolute WORST customer service interaction of my many decades life! It of course was with the representative of Century LInk.
On or about September 15 I attempted to have a conversation but it was fruitless. Not only was his English quite difficult to understand, the problem was greatly enhanced by his voice cutting in and out for the length of the call.
Finally about 30 minutes into the waiting and then "conversation" period, I requested to speak to his supervisor. Eventually and apparently, after much trying on his end her returned and advised his supervisor would call me. Based on the total lack of service I'd already struggled through, I was pretty sure I'd never hear from a supervisor.--That was correct.
I see your degree relates to technology so I assume you have someone , hopefully competent, in charge of customer service for your company. I'd appreciate a call from that person.--Thank
you.--Pam Larsen
