I have no problem until now, on December 19,2019 my BMW windshield was hit by a road rubbish and had a dent and 8' to 12inchs crack I tried to file claim, I was transferred to a third party vendor (Safelite Autoglass) when I indicated that I would like to replace my windshield the answer was, No You can't to take your vehicle to your choice you should bring it to our shop, I asked, do you have a BMW windshield? I know I have $500 deductible and I am told to pay just the deductible to you yes that is correct, After that I said OK, if I can't take my vehicle to my choice of shop, I have no choice but to take it to Saflite AutoGlass, When I got there the story changed, instead I was told to pay $810.34, when I asked why? I was told Liberty Mutual instructed them to do so. I paid them $810.34
I believe the $310.34 Overpayment I made is not fair and I should get it back.
