Saundra Hudnall Drain sent a message to David Long that said:
As I am sending this message, I have been on hold with various representatives for more than five hours trying to resolve my concern with an OEM glass replacement through Safelight.
This process has taken time out of my work day to get a glass replacement resolved. My insurance policy is with Liberty Mutual and to be directed to Safelight to make a determination as to whether or not my brand new vehicle should receive an original manufacturer glass replacement or an aftermarket windshield is deplorable.
I have spoken with several people at both Safelight and Liberty Mutual and the service is less than desirable. I am beyond myself with how my claim has been handled and want a resolution ASAP.
