Im trying to settle a claim with Liberty Mutual (LM) and received a Notice of Total Loss (Owner Retained) letter. The Oklahoma Tax Commission will not accept the LM letter since it states the vehicle is both Junked (80+% ACV) and Salvage (79 & below) in the same letter. The letter is confusing and issuer of the letter doesn't see the issue. For some reason they will not reach out to the Oklahoma Tax Commission. I understand both parties but neither will bend.
