Wm. Denman Zirkle sent a message to Dennis Glass that said:

Mr. Glass, below is an email I just sent to Nolan Financial (David Lee, Bryan Harp and "ST_LFG") regarding my Lincoln deferred compensation account. As you can imagine, I am terribly exasperated at this situation and hope you may be able to correct the problem. Many thanks, Denman Zirkle

All,

Since last December I have been trying to gain access to my Def. Account. Everyone has been responsive, but I have had no results.

On April 14, I sent an email indicating I wanted access to my account last week. As of 5 minutes ago, I could still not access the “My Account” pages of my website account.

I wanted to enter an exchange this week in my account. Not being able to do this as planned on April 15, I estimate has cost me approximately $20,000 -$50,000 in the value of my account. (I cannot tell exactly, because I have not been able to get a statement since March 30.)

At my age, at any age, I cannot afford this kind of loss, especially as it is unnecessary.

I need:

IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. If you are still unable, after many months, to do this, I need to know whom to call to have a current statement emailed to me — AND WHOM TO CALL TO HAVE AN EXCHANGE MADE IN MY ACCOUNT.

You may call me at my U.S. number anytime between 8AM-2PM ET. 540.335.9322 Due to the Covid-19 virus, I will remain in Germany until June 22, and will need access to my account for information and trading during this time.

Sincerely,

Wm. Denman Zirkle
