I initially contacted her with a transmission that had been ordered incorrectly. She was so helpful and we were able to get the correct transmission ordered and the wrong one returned so easily!
I today I had a customer wanting to install a new engine in his 2004 Jeep. I highly recommeded your company. We located one on ebay from your company but ran into difficulties getting it ordered. I remembered how helpful Andrea had been with the transmission. So I contacted her in regards to this problem and again she came to the rescue! She was able to locate the engine and took care of all the shipping arrangements, sent me the invoice and now I have a happy customer getting just what he wanted!
Please if you have the time let her know it is people like her that keep us coming back to your company.
We are a new small business in the little town of Kempner TX. Andrea has made things so much easier for me and I appreciate her customer service more than ever because this is all new to me.
