Dear Mr. Solomon,
I am writing this email to clarify some things regarding Goldman Sachs and its recruiting practice. I have reached out to the careers office via its official email( careersfeedback@ny.email.gs.com) but have received only automatic replies with no clear answer to my questions. I understood that Goldman doesnât discriminate by nationality, gender, and religion, but does it discriminate against those who do not have a visa to work in the States? If I am correct, Goldman is one of the firms that offer visa sponsorship, but given the time, effort, and cost it requires to apply for a work visa in the US, does the firm just opt to not consider those who have no work visa? If so, I totally understand, but I think it should be put somewhere on your careers website so that people like me would not waste their time and effort.
Sincerely,
Khaliunaa
