I purchased several games for online download through GameStop (3rd party vendor) in early 2014. When I made the purchase I was told that I did not need and could not get a backup disk for the DD games I purchased. When my system crashed recently and I looked to download the games again; GameStop had lost all of my account information and has stopped offering the DD Games. I was told by their customer support team to contact the original creators of these games. When I go to Wizards of the Coast support page, I and sent to three different vendors to address all of the games I lost.
All I want is to receive the games I purchased. A disk with the games is acceptable, I just cannot trust digital downloads any longer since having paid for these games and now the vendor will not replace them after saying that I would always be able to recover the games I purchased.
I grew up on the original DD/ADD books and games in the early 80's. So I have a deep love of what was great childhood memories and want to pass that passion on to my children. Below is a list of games I had purchased and lost; not all of these may apply to your team. Since I am required to go to multiple sources for this I am using a single email message for all contacts.

After going to all of the original creators of the above games, I was told they would not do anything for me because I did not purchase my games through them.
Sir your company is ripping people off and giving you a horrible reputation on the internet. Please take some corrective action and repair the damage that is being done.
