Sir. I am having trouble with my ice maker. I have purchased the extended warranty on my LG fridge. I have had the fridge looked at 5 times now with still no ice. Your people insist they can't replace the fridge. Okay, if that's the only answer, then fine. But I do not understand why I place a service order and the service company can't seem to find it. This to me is a typical run around.
