Long time Sears fan and shopper. Former retail manager, new father, own my second home. Ditch the clothing, jewelry, and shoes. Keep toys, focus everything on appliances and get an appliance repair network through Sears. Nobody knows who or where to call to get their $1500 refridgerator looked at when there is a problem. Service all brands if possible. Outdoor and home improvement sections are great but could be fantastic with a little more variety on everyday things and attachments. I bought a craftsman 4 stroke trimmer last week, it's fantastic except for one thing.... It rotates backwards from every trimmer I've ever used which means I have to learn how to trim in reverse. Little things like this matter. I could have bought one anywhere, went to Sears because of price and in stock.
