Look Mr White,, My elderly mother is a direct tv subscriber, when she signed on she told them no add ons, or trials because of her health she may not be able to remember when she suddenly get charged,, she was insistant there be nothing added on for trials.. she gets this bill $155.59 USD she got panicky she is elderly and not well and she is on a fixed income, so I made the phone call and they do this B.S. send me to one department to the next,, they sent me to the NFL Sports department.. I told the man that she did not add on anything,, what I noticed about customer service these days is they start to argue like your some kind of a dummy,, well I went from 0 to Bitch in 2 seconds and I told him to shut up! Not to argue with the customer, and he continued his bull crap jabber jabber arguing with me until I shouted.. I told him to just adjust the price and do not argue with me anymore.. life is tough enough I dont need to be bullied by this customer service reps.. I am shaken up by this ordeal.. is this sir what you tell these reps to do.. what about respect for the customer.. Direct tv, needs to be more courteous,, this is not nice...
