NEED YOUR HELP. Totally dysfunctional administration of program. Original qualifying purchase 3-1-20. Original rebate application mailed 3-13-20 and acknowledged 3-26-20. All rebate files lost by processing center. Re-application confirmed 7-24-20. No rebate as of this date, 10-22-20.
