Dear Mr. Ellison, My name is Theresa Powell and I live in Shelbyville, KY. I have been doing business with your Shelbyville store for several years and if you look at my account you will see I have spent many dollars with your store. But....it seems that every time I have some kind of problem. This last dealings has left me very upset and on the verge of a breakdown. I ordered window treatment for my home and for it to be installed. When the blinds came in the blinds for the kitchen window was damaged. The installer led me to believe it would be re ordered. I went to the store to return the extra remote controls that they sold me and found out at that time the blinds had not been ordered. So they promised me they were ordering them that day.. I have called and on guy named Chris said it was due to come in on Monday November 9th. I called again today, the order has never been placed. The installer needs to come back also because one of the blinds is not hung correctly. I have had the runaround once to many times. Can you please help me! Thank you, Theresa Powell, 502-645-9168.
