Dear Mr. Ellison,
I am sending this email out of frustration because of Pella casement windows we had installed by Loweâs in 2018. We always had trouble removing the screens so we could wash the windows but this year they are almost impossible to remove. We called Loweâs and Pellaâs installation department and were told the 2 year warranty is over because we signed the agreement on September 14, 2018 yet they were not installed until November 19, 2018. Never heard of a warranty being effective the day paperwork is written instead of the installation date.
My husband left 4 messages for Mike Hansen, our sales person at Lowe's, Eatontown, and he has never had the decency to call us back.
Needless to say, we will no longer shop at Lowe's and will certainly not recommend Pella products to anyone we know including clients I meet in my real estate profession.
