I just finished reading about the incident that took place at Lowes Danville, Virgina store regarding a black delivery driver.
I am appalled at the way it was handled by the employees supervisor. I have been in customer service for over 30 years so I know how delicate of a situation that was.
I am sure you have heard from many people about this situation. So here is my question: How is Lowe's going to react?
