I received a Lowes email ad on July 27 for a Dremel tool item 777841 model VC60-01. Advertised price was $69. I attempted to purchase this item on that date, but your website would not accept an order. I tried again on July 28th but again was unsuccessful because your website indicated out of stock. I went to my local Muncie, IN store to put in a special order but was advised by the rep that Lowes has no item 777841. I then phone your customer service number. After 50 minutes on hold, your CS rep rudely advised me that the item 777841 wasnât currently stocked by Lowes despite the fact that it was advertised, and I was out of luck.
I am requesting either a raincheck on this sale or a sale price on a comparable product.
Your prompt reply would be appreciated. Am extremely dissatisfied.
