More a year ago around Nov. 15th, I purchased a GE Washing Machine, plus a Maytag Washer and Dryer set eligible for a Lowe's rebate of $150 combined.
I have emailed your rebate team many times, after successfully submitting my paperwork, then visited your San Clemente store in August, which redirected to a firm called PrizeLogic (Lowe's )---still to no avail.
I have spent hours of my time trying to get a response from your company, but I have lost total confidence in the reputation of Lowe's after this experience. Apparently this program was very problematic given its timing and replacing your rebate processor, but consumers should not have to suffer so for your decisions.
I am not sure where else to go, but it is very difficult for me to return to Lowes for my home improvement needs after this terrible experience.
