Good afternoon Mr. Marvin Ellison, I am Glo Williams, a disabled veteran that have purchased a new home and have decided to utilize Lowe’s as my go to home store of choice until recent reoccurring uneventful experiences.
1. I purchased a Samsung stove on April 20, 2020 and the associate did not Provide me with my 10% military discount for my bill totaling $665.72 even when I provide them with my identification and proved that I was registered in the system.

2. Again I returned to the store on May 14, 2020 to purchase a washer and dryer and provide all my military credentials again and the associate still did not give me my military 10% discount For my bill totaling $1,478.39.

I had an extremely terrible experience with getting my washing and dryer delivered and with communicating with Lowe’s located in Pembroke Pines, Florida where I made the purchases. I was placed on hold 11 times, discounted 6 times, showed disregard for every phone call. I simply ask the individual if the drives would please consider delivering my washer and dryer during the day because I have PTSD and my husband would be at home and we live only 5 minutes away from the store. She was rude and very Unaccomodating and keep saying they will be there between 3pm and 7pm. This was very difficult and distributing. Please assist and help make things better for all veterans and future customers so we can continue to do business with Lowe’s and not seek out other venues.

I understand that the world is experiencing difficulties but not one customer that is spending and supporting and organization should be treated this way.
Thank you...Glo Williams
