Hosam Radwan sent a message to Robert Niblock that said:
Good day Mr. Ellison: I am writing to you to let you know that we have an issue with an item (door) that was purchased at Lowes1716 of Gratiot.
Let me state by letting you know that we just purchased a home in that area, and that we also have spent over 10,000.00 in the last few months.
On March 2020 we purchase a door with a side light and had it installed by Lowes just like with a few other things that where punched and installed.
My main concern is with the door. We noticed serval issue with the door once it was installed 1. Faulty workmanship that the door has, a gap between the door and the side light, the lock barley latches and last but not least the stain instruction that we received through their company was not very helpful and somewhat incorrect. On June 25, 2020, the company UTS sent out an assessor (Kyle ) to assess the door situation. Which at this time Kyle had a conversation with us in regards the issue of the door? Kyle first asked what he can do for us
You, we explained that we wanted a door that did not have these defects.
At Which point Kyle began to do all the necessary measurements, which he stated that the "install was done very well and did not see an issue with the installation". The email that we received today from the warranty company UTS states that the door was installed incorrectly ,
Which is contradicting with what there assessor (Kyle) said? The installer that put the door in was sent out by the CPO to double check the install.
According to his report it states that there is no issue on the installation. Converges with what Kyle said when he was assessing the door.
Today 6/30 we contact the CPO to find out what the next step was we where informed that the case was closed and that there was no issue, without letting us know as the consumer and or customer of Lowes. I am reaching out to you to let you know that the system is broken from which end I am not sure, But I am letting you know as the CEO of the company that you have a very unhappy customer.
