I have been a dedicated Lowes employee for almost 10 yrs now (October 10 ) my position was RTM . I was also a trainer, voice team captain, a member of the safety team and am respected by my peers. At Least I Thought. I fell at work trying to leave my office that was blocked by product..(I have pictures ) this happened Jan of 2019. I did file a report. I would love to go into more details if we could speak. I continued to work not knowing that when I fell I tore the minibus in my right knee. I had an MRI taken on May 20th. I contacted my manager as well as Sedgwick and was told to file a new claim for workers comp. I've tried contacting the number I was given, I've left messages, I've sent emails and as of now , no one has called or emailed me back. Marvin, I've worked in unsafe conditions for years and I've sent pictures to my manager, so I'm suprized the has taken so long. I'm in constant back and knee pain ..I cannot stand for more than 5 minutes and forget sleeping at night. I have my Hope's up to talk with you . I'm at a road block
