I am a faithful long time customer of Lowe's and always enjoy my shopping experience in the store as well as on line. However, I was not pleased with the service I received from a company that Lowe's contracts with. The name of the company is Virginia Electronics. My husband and I purchased a set of Samsung washer and dryer from Lowe's and purchased a extended warranty with it. We started having problems with powering the washer on, so we contacted Lowe's and Virginia Electronics was the company that came to our home to do the repairs. We were told the replacement part needed to be ordered and would take 3-5 business days to get the part. It has been almost a month now and the company has never contacted us wit any updates. Every time I have contacted them they promise a date and never deliver on the date. Keep in mind they have never contacted us we are constantly reaching out to them, but have yet to get a confirmation on the part being replaced. I did some research on this company and found other Lowe's customers have complained about this company and even suggested that Lowe's not do business with them any longer. Again I just want to have my washer fully functional and to bring this company to your attention.
